Astranta Asset Management (AAM) are immersed in the commercial property market. From land assembly, creating investment vehicles or asset managing existing portfolios - we act for Banks and some of the largest property owners in the UK.

Directors Nick Colvin, Graham Marsden, Mark Pendower and Mark Ashton form AAM. We have over a century of experience and achievement in the property industry with varied backgrounds in investment, agency, fund and asset management. Over £100m of wholly owned or JV property is managed from our office.

We are based in the heart of London's West End and are well connected across the whole spectrum of the property industry – committing our own personal integrity to those relationships. We concentrate on the UK market, where we have specialist knowledge across most sectors and locations and we also have selective overseas knowledge.

We are flexible, responsive, dedicated and commercial. Our experience tells us to have regard to research but overlaid with humorous cynicism.
