Astranta have been providing advice on funding options for the largest indoor snow event facility in the world – Snoasis.

The scheme based in a 350 Acre quarry 80 miles to the north east of London is a visionary solution to a redundant quarry creating over 2100 FTE jobs.

The scheme has detailed planning consent for the snow facilities, outdoor leisure and 3500 beds including chalets in a lake land setting, hotels and apartments.

Astranta have provided advise on using Long Term Property Funding (LTPF) and using Treasury Guarantees under the 2012 Infrastructure Bill.

Purfleet Centre Regeneration

Working closely with the developer, Astranta are providing advise on funding, including use of Treasury Guarantees, and power solutions.

The scheme is an exemplar of modern sustainable regeneration linked to a new 500,000 sq ft Film Studios, 4000 housing units, new centre, rail improvements etc.

The scheme will use a bespoke combined heat and power network.
