Nicholas Colvin

Nick has been active in the development and investment arena since leaving Royal and Sun Alliance where he was a director.

He is busy finishing the restoration and conversion of a property in Dorking originally erected in 1590 and occupied by The Mullins family before they sailed the Mayflower to the USA. He has recently completed the successful sale of properties in Guildford and Leatherhead on behalf of the partnerships which Astranta created.

Nick is a fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of IPD.

Other interests include travel, sport as a spectator and enthusiastic participant, music especially Dylan, after whom the dog is named, and the family.
